Garden wedding — reception for 80 guests
Welcome cocktail, grazing boards and a dessert table for an open-air spring reception, with setup coordinated alongside the production team.

The reception started at seven in the evening and the challenge was to sustain the grazing for almost two hours of cocktail without the table ever looking empty. We worked with three stations spread across the garden instead of a single central table, so guests could circulate without forming a queue.
Setup began four hours earlier with the cold boards and finished with the dessert table, which only opened after the toast so it would reach the cake-cutting moment untouched.
