Privacy and personal data
This site collects the bare minimum needed to answer an enquiry. It uses no tracking cookies and creates no user accounts.
What we collect
Only what you voluntarily write in the contact form: name, email or phone, type of service, tentative date, approximate number of guests and your message.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you asked for. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Where it ends up
The site stores nothing: the form forwards your message to the Picoteos & Comidas inbox and keeps no copy. The conversation then lives in our email and, if you write on WhatsApp, in that channel.
Third parties involved
- Cloudflare — delivers the site, provides the security certificate and the visit analytics, which are cookieless and do not identify individuals.
- Form delivery service — receives the form content and forwards it to our inbox.
- Cloudflare anti-spam protection — verifies that the submission does not come from a bot.
The site fonts are hosted on our own domain: nothing is loaded from third parties.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. That is why you will not see a consent banner.
Event photography
We publish photos of our work prioritising the food and the styling. Images where people are recognisable are published only with the permission of whoever booked the event, and we never publish recognisable minors.
Your rights
You can ask us to access the data you sent, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to remove a photograph or testimonial in which you appear.
Changes to this policy
If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page and its revision date.
