Corporate cocktail service set up at the client's offices, with a world buffet, signposted vegetarian options and full collection at the end of the day.

Corporate events carry a constraint that domestic ones do not: the setup window is narrow and happens while the office is still running. We coordinated the installation in forty minutes, between the end of the working day and the arrival of the attendees.
The buffet was restocked twice across the three hours of service, and the vegetarian and gluten-free preparations were signposted so nobody had to ask.
Coordination
- Setup in 40 minutes with access through the car park
- Scheduled restocking at 60 and 120 minutes
- Full collection the same day, leaving nothing behind at the offices
