Not every event needs on-site service. Here the family wanted the table ready before the guests arrived and to handle the rest of the evening themselves.
We delivered the board styled on its own base, with the fruit cut on the spot and the breads freshly baked. The only instruction was to take it out of the fridge half an hour before serving, so the cheeses would reach temperature.
It is the simplest format we offer and, at the same time, the one that repeats most often.
